We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused IT Technician to join our internal IT team. The Role
You’ll provide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive outstanding service. From resolving day-to-day issues to supporting projects and maintaining our IT infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in keeping Ten10 connected and secure.
What you’ll be doing

Deliver 1st Line (and some 2nd Line) IT support across hardware, software, and core IT services

Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new and existing users

Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software

Manage IT support tickets, providing timely resolution and clear updates

Assist with IT procurement in coordination with the Head of IT and Senior IT Technician

Contribute to internal IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
-
Experience providing IT support in a professional environment
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Confidence working with hardware (laptops/desktops) and provisioning devices

Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
-
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

Exposure to IT good practice standards (e.g., ITIL)

A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new technologies
